If there is an emergency (such as the website is down and/or inaccessible) that occurs on the consumer-facing website, https://www.allegacy.org/ outside of standard PixelSpoke business hours (8:30am – 5pm Pacific), please follow the below steps:
- Call the PixelSpoke support line and leave a message OR email support@pixelspoke.com (note that both actions sends push notifications to multiple PixelSpoke team members)
- Contact the website hosting provider at my.kinsta.com/login and start a live chat with support to work through their issue. As of 6/8/2023, Colleen King has access to the hosting live chat but others can be added by contacting your website Account Manager, Ula Kuras.
- If Kinsta is not immediately able to fix the issue, please request that they restore the most recent backup of the website.
Below is a screenshot of the live chat dialogue for reference. Select the “I need a technical support” option and you will have 1-2 additional steps before being connected to an immediate live chat attendant (this typically goes very quickly).
