Not all pages will have the same layout. Some pages might have a sidebar on the right instead of the left. Some pages might not have a sidebar at all. Some pages might have custom programming that allows the page to have unique functionality. It is very common that the homepage will use a separate template than the sub-pages.
Assign a template to a page by going to the page you want to assign in WordPress and selecting the desired “Template” from the dropdown in the “Page Attributes” section. Click “Update.”
Be very careful doing this — if you change the template for a page, the content will be deleted and you will need to re-enter your content in the newly selected template. Contact your account manager if you’re not sure.
